Thank you for your interest in family housing at Fort Bragg and Pope Air Field. On-post living at Fort Bragg and Pope offers you a sense of community, convenience and many amenities commonly found in upscale residential neighborhoods. Active-duty service members are eligible to apply for housing upon receipt of official PCS orders to Fort Bragg or Pope Air Field.

How to Apply
Service members may apply for wait list placement or submit housing applications with PCS Orders and other required supporting documents in any of the following ways:

  • Complete the online application
  • Email your application to Braggrelocation@corvias.com
  • Fax your completed application to (910) 436-0643
  • Visit us at Corvias Military Living's Leasing Center located at 426 Souter Place, just inside the Randolph Street gate.

A Power of Attorney must be presented, if acting on behalf of a service member, for wait list placement.


Required Documents
A completed housing application is required of each service member in order to be placed on the wait list.

[+] Dual military

If there are no dependents, both service members must be stationed at Fort Bragg/Pope to qualify for housing.

  • DEERS Enrollment Form DD1172 (Both DEERS forms must include military spouse.)
  • DA31 (Leave Form) or out-processing checklist upon arrival to Fort Bragg/Pope for both service members

  • Court documentation awarding primary physical custody of the child for more than 181 days consecutively per year

  • Court documentation awarding primary physical custody of the child
  • Current end of month LES

[+] Pregnant, single service members

Pregnant, single service members are eligible to be placed on the waiting list upon confirmation of pregnancy by medical authority.

  • Pregnancy confirmation with estimated due date on medical letterhead - profiles will not be accepted
  • Proof of pending BAH

  • If due to change in family composition: updated DD1172 (DEERS enrollment form) and/or pregnancy confirmation and estimated due date on medical letterhead

Home/Bedroom Eligibility
Wait list assignment is determined by rank and family size. All E6-E9 and W1/O1 and above ranks automatically qualify for a three-bedroom (minimum) home, regardless of family size. All assignments are permitted a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Medical proof of pregnancy qualifies as a dependent.

Wait List Positioning
A completed application and all required documents must be received by Corvias Military Living's Leasing Center in order for the service member to be placed on the wait list. Documents received within 30 days of application will result in an eligibility date equal to the date the completed application and supporting documenting are received. If the required documents are not received within 30 days of the application submission, the service member will be required to submit a new application.
Please note that placement on the wait list is not a guarantee that a home is available. Homes are offered on a first-available basis. If you have indicated a preference for a specific home type on your application, your wait time may be extended.
