Currently, Corvias Military Living offers two Open Access Plus medical plans for employees and their families, a High and Low option. These plans are administered through Cigna Healthcare. Each plan offers a wide range of services through a national network of physicians and health care facilities.
The company offers two dental plans for employees to choose from, a High Plan which covers a percentage of most major and restorative procedures and a Low Plan which serves as a preventative maintenance plan. These plans are administered through Delta Dental.
Corvias Military Living offers a voluntary vision insurance program through Vision Service Providers (VSP).
As an employee of Corvias Military Living, you have a great opportunity to participate in the Savings and Retirement Plan administered by The Standard. All employees are automatically enrolled in the plan with an initial 3% contribution rate effective the first of the month following 60 days of service. Contributions are made through pre-tax payroll deductions and Corvias Military Living matches 100% on the first 3% of pay and 50% on the next 2% of pay!
Flexible Spending Accounts
Corvias Military Living offers flexible spending accounts which allow employees to save pre-tax dollars for anticipated qualified medical and/or dependent care expenses.
Corvias Military Living offers life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) plans through UNUM Provident designed to provide financial protection for your beneficiaries in case of your death or injury. These plans are available to all employees working a regularly scheduled week consisting of at least 30 or more hours. Coverage is effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of service. The costs of these benefits are fully paid by Corvias Military Living.
Corvias Military Living also offers a supplemental life insurance plan for employees and their spouse and dependent child(ren).
Corvias Military Living provides short term and long term disability insurance to afford employees financial assistance if they are unable to work due to disability or illness.
Corvias Military Living offers paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holiday, personal days and paid maternity/parental leave.
