Construction Schedule
Corvias Military Living began a 50-year partnership with the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg in 2003. Not only will we celebrate our 10-year anniversary at Fort Bragg this year, but 2013 will also mark the end of our Initial Development Period. Since 2003, Corvias Military Living’s accomplishments include but are not limited to the construction of nine 11,000-square foot Neighborhood Centers with swimming pools, more than 2,100 new homes, two Bark Parks, the Randolph Pointe apartment community, the Linden Oaks neighborhood, 13 homes for General Officers, as well as the completion of more than 3,200 renovations in nine neighborhoods.
The number of homes at the end of the 10-year Initial Development Period in August 2013 will be 6,238. Out of that end-state total, 2,259 will be new homes and 3,238 will be renovated homes.
In addition to improving quality of life for military families and single service members, Corvias Military Living’s housing improvements have benefited the local economy as well. In the past decade, the company has purchased $50 million of goods and services from the surrounding Fayetteville community. Further, a total of $590 million has been spent with small businesses for construction, development, and property management.
